I ordered a memorial wreath very last minute on Thursday for Friday morning. They called me Friday to let me know they didn’t have the all white flowers and ask if I wanted to have something else or cancel. I asked for something with white and light pink and they agreed. It turned out beautiful and was ready for pick up that morning. So thankful and appreciate the accommodation for what I needed. It was beautiful!

After spending thousands of dollars at this florist over the years, today I went in to get a small corsage for my daughter for the daddy-daughter dance at her elementary school. This is a memory she will have across her life, and I chose to make Letta's a part of it. However, they turned me away with a chuckle and without a thought. Top of mind awareness and customer loyalty is something that every business strives to get when they open their doors. However, today Letta's showed me that loyalty is very one-sided. Not only will I never spend my hard-earned dollars at this florist, I encourage others not to spend theirs here either. Spend your money at a florist that truly appreciates your business and endeavors to keep you coming back. A florist that will not turn you away with a chuckle and a shrug for the smallest of orders. Loyalty works both ways. I wish I could give them less than one star. Goodbye, Letta's.

I called in at 8am today hoping Mrs. Letta would have one of the happy flower bouquets premade and ready to go and it turns out she had made one this morning! As a last minute shopper I was thrilled and as a happy customer I will be back! I was so excited and my co-worker who is leaving us absolutely LOVED them ❤️ Highly reccomended 💐

Absolutely Devastated and Deeply Disappointed I ordered the Pink Tribute Spray from Letta’s Flowers & Gifts for the funeral of a precious darling 7-month-old baby. What I received was an utter disgrace—an arrangement that looked nothing like what was advertised. The photo online showed a lush, full, elegantly balanced spray of pink flowers, clearly made with care and professionalism. What arrived was sparse, mismatched, and poorly arranged —completely devoid of the dignity and beauty that the moment called for. To make matters worse, I reached out to the shop immediately and have now waited over a week without even the courtesy of a response. This wasn’t just an error—it was an emotional gut punch during an already unimagineably painful moment. This was not a casual order. This was for a grieving family laying their infant child to rest. And get this . . . I ordered TWO OF THEM!!!!!! One to flank either side of the baby. And both were equally trashy. The lack of quality, accountability, and basic compassion shown is absolutely unacceptable. Letta’s Flowers & Gifts failed on every level—presentation, communication, and integrity. I rarely give reviews but I ordered flowers based on reviews. I specifically stated in my order not only the type of flowers but also the colors I wanted. I asked for a nice "arrangement" for a very special person's funeral. The flowers were used that I requested except for "red" roses. Whenever they asked what I wanted to spend, I didn't give a price. I said I know things are more expensive, and stressed it needs to be nice. He gave a price and I agreed. My family and I were greatly disappointed as it was nothing more than a cut flowers tossed in a vase that we could have picked up anywhere for a birthday or dinner table. I did call to complain and it was a different person, she was nice and apologized. Though she did tell me that she recalled the flowers and it was a very full vase therefore "you got your money's worth". I was already upset about the flowers and that comment was unnecessary. I am the customer and felt I didn't receive what I ordered and that it was not an appropriate funeral arrangement and there certainly wasn't anything "special" about it. At that point, it was 2 hours until the 10 a.m. funeral, I'm not certain what they could do to rectify the situation and no
